The wood frame is an 11 ½” square.Immediately surrounding the silhouette is an antiqued inner frame with a leaf pattern.In the silhouette itself, the tree trunks are made from palmetto fronds.The treetops, leaves, and the moon are made from “angel wings,” a natural pod.The whimsical piece is completed with the elephant’s peppercorn eye.Titled and signed by Charleston artist Annie.
