These deep veggie bowls are new designs from Penelope Penzo and boast all the colors of the rainbow and its unique painting transforms an everyday piece of kitchenware into a one-of-a-kind work of art. They measure 10" across the top and a very deep 4 3/4".
The first bowl is the most interesting I've seen in awhile because of the color combination. Front and center are two technicolor lions, sitting side by side growling at something in the opposite direction. Just look at the colors in their manes! A crowned crane bird is off to the right on a tree limb and a small herd of butter colored deer are standing in the water behind htat. A beautiful bird is landing in the water, his wings outstretched coming in for a landing. And we have two enormous cheetahs, one green one who looks to be stalking the viewer and one pink one who is paying no attention to his companion. The sky is a pretty tangerine color and the inside of the bowl is a beautiful solid turquoise blue. A beautiful bowl!
The second bowl features a pair of growling cheetahs. Another cheetah creeps up in the background. The animals are alert, a sable and a zebra run in the background, away from these hunters. Two more sable graze peacefully, but the zebra are spooked. A pair of guinea fowl sit placidly, not paying a bit of attention to all the action. This bowl sports a beautiful tangerine sky - very bright and cheerful! Perfect for brightening up your kitchen! The inside of the bowl is the same pretty tangerine color.
