Penzo ceramics are all hand-painted in Zimbabwe; each piece is one-of-a-kind and signed by the artist. This is the 20” Katie Tray. From base to lip, it measures about 1 ½” in height. This piece features a mostly yellow landscape with several different animals including several zebra, giraffes, and kudus. The zebras are actually shown moving, which is somewhat unusual for a Penzo piece. The border of the tray is decorated in the typical Penzo tradition of animal prints and different designs in varying colors. This piece is both beautiful and functional. All Penzo is functional because it is dishwasher safe and microwave and oven friendly. This piece is one of a kind, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!!!
